Built over a period of 6 months
This is a second story addition consisting of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge area and attic storage.
Constructed using 120mm timber frame throughout with cavity trim over aircell insulation and R 2.5 wall batts. Roof was constructed with LVL’s, roof paper wrap and R 4 insulation.
This build was conducted inside the existing roof space for the first 2 months as it was constructed in the middle of winter. Built over a period of 6 months it has created a space for growing children to grow into.
Full width triangle windows to the front of the property offer uninterrupted views over the parkland below, whilst the rear facing bedroom enjoys views over the pool. Velux windows flood light through to the lounge, stairwell and below
The bathroom is finished in floor to ceiling tiles throughout with custom built in glass shelving and brushed aluminum trims around doors and window. Custom vanity is fitted with built in laundry shoot and stone benchtop
